Hospitality On Wheels

A full self-contained Commercial Kitchen for training or mobile catering.

Steel Skill was commissioned by the Wodonga TAFE College for the internal design and construction of this custom made mobile commercial kitchen to be used as both a training venue and for commercial catering at events.

Features of this truck mounted portable kitchen include:

• Two hour set-up time

• Capable of catering for up to 500 people

• Fully compliant with all health, gas, electrical & plumbing  regulations

• Fully self-contained with on-board generator, water tanks & waste tanks

• Air-conditioning & exhaust extraction

• Refrigeration Cabinets

• Dishwashers & Glasswashers

• Full range of commercial cooktops & ovens

This project was funded by the Victorian Government and the Australian National Training Authority on behalf of Tallangatta Secondary College and Wodonga TAFE College.
